Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs Recipe

For this Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs recipe, you’ll need hard-boiled eggs cut in half. Then, prepare a paste made with the yolks mixed with chopped cold smoked salmon. Worth trying.

Ingredients

12 Hard-boiled eggs - peeled and cut in half

½ Cup finely chopped cold-smoked salmon (check out our How-to Cold Smoke Salmon blog)

¼ Cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp fresh dill - chopped

2 Tsp capers - minced

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Zest & juice of 1 lemon

Salt & pepper

Preparation

Remove yolks from eggs and mash with a fork.

Mix in salmon, mayonnaise, dill, capers, Dijon, lemon zest & juice, salt and pepper.

Fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
